Mickey and friends are coming: Disney Jr. live tour heads to PH this September

The Philippines is about to get a dose of Disney magic! Mickey Mouse, Ariel, Team Spidey, and more are heading our way this September with "Disney Jr. Live on Tour: Let’s Play!" 

Aside from the Philippines, the live concert tour plans to visit Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand from August to October, with its Manila show set for Sept. 19 to 28 at the New Frontier Theater.

Disney Jr. brings its iconic characters Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, along with Ariel the Little Mermaid, Team Spidey from Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends, Ginny and Bitsy from SuperKitties, and Puppy Dog Pals to its lineup.

"Disney Live on Tour: Let’s Play"  centers on Mickey Mouse and his friends, who are trying to save their planned playdate at the Clubhouse from a mysterious force.

With its dazzling 3D visuals and exciting acrobatics, teamed with vocals and dance, this live concert show promises a day of wonder and adventure for kids and their families.

“After delighting audiences across the United States and making its official international debut in London, we are excited to share this magical production with families throughout Southeast Asia,” Jonathan Shank, producer at production company Terrapin Station Entertainment, said.

This marks the show’s first-ever international tour across Southeast Asia.

“This show promises to create unforgettable memories and is a joyful way to spend family time in 2025,” said Nicolás Renna, CEO of Spain-based Proactiv Entertainment that brought you Disney on Ice.

Primarily a television network, Disney Jr. is a multiplatform brand under Disney that caters to preschoolers aged 2-7, inspiring them with “magic, music, adventure, and heart.”

Disney live shows are not a first in the Philippines, as the skating show Disney on Ice continues its performances in the country every year. Recently, Filipino fans can also access the upcoming Disney Adventure cruise ship sailing from Singapore this year.
