Content creator Bea Borres announces first pregnancy

Bea Borres is going to be a mom!

The actress and social media personality announced that she is pregnant with her first child in her latest vlog entry.

In the eight-minute video, the 22-year-old actress took a pregnancy test, surrounded by Toni Fowler, Alex Gonzaga, and her husband Mikee Morada, who offered support and advice.

"Congrats! Blessing ni Lord 'yan. Hindi 'yan basta basta," Gonzaga said.

In the same video, Borres shared the news with some of her closest friends and family, including Kadenang Ginto co-star Andrea Brillantes and Zeinab Harake.

“Bea, wag mo i-prank ha? Wag ka kabahan. Nandito ako para sa’yo Bea,” Brillantes said. 

"Ninang ako pag kinasal ka ha? Atsaka 'yun ang pinag pa-pray ko sayo, yung ma-complete kayo. I love you so much. And it's okay, hindi mo dapat ikahiya 'yan," Harake said.

According to Borres, she had the gender of her baby emailed to her as she wants this private moment to herself.

"Kung girl ka man or boy, I will be the happiest as long as you're safe and healthy," she said in the video, addressing to her baby.

She shared how proud she is of the way she has handled the news.

“I want to say sorry to myself because this isn’t how I imagined doing this but I’m just so proud of myself. Kaya ko, kinakaya ko, and I love that you could be my biggest and greatest blessing that I could ask for in life,” she said.

“I promise you and to everyone that gets to watch this in the future that I’d really really be the best mom. It’s true that I’m not ready, but I don’t think anyone or anything prepares you for motherhood,” she continued.

The actress said that she got her Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing result and that her pregnancy is low-risk and "everything is normal."

“I’m so happy, I’m really so happy. I mean, I did not expect this. I'm so happy. Everything is normal,” she ended.
