Liam Neeson dating 'The Naked Gun' co-star Pamela Anderson—report

Action star Liam Neeson appears to be taken again, as he's reportedly dating actress-model Pamela Anderson.

PEOPLE Magazine, citing an anonymous source, exclusively reported that Neeson, 73, and Anderson, 58, struck up a romance after filming The Naked Gun.

"It's a budding romance in the early stages. It's sincere, and it's clear they're smitten with each other," the source is quoted as saying.

They're "enjoying each other's company," according to the source.

During the premiere of The Naked Gun in New York on July 28, Neeson and Anderson brought their respective children to the red carpet, per PEOPLE.

Neeson was with Micheál, 30, and Daniel, 28, his sons with late wife Natasha Richardson. Anderson was with Brandon, 29, and Dylan, 27, his sons with ex-husband Tommy Lee.

The following day, Neeson and Anderson appeared on the Today show and playfully surprised fans by pretending to share a passionate kiss when the cameras turned to them to tease their segment. They quickly pulled apart, acting as if they'd been caught off guard.

In an interview with co-host Craig Melvin, they remained tight-lipped about the footage and the status of their relationship. 

“Oh my goodness, nothing is sacred,” Anderson said.

Melvin then directly asked them, “What’s the deal here? You’re both single right now. There’s clearly chemistry. Are you two an item?”

“What?!” Anderson said. “I don’t understand the question.”

Neeson, meanwhile, shook his head, saying, “Craig, Craig.”

On July 22, Anderson kissed Neeson on the cheek during The Naked Gun's premiere in London.

In an October 2024 interview with PEOPLE, Neeson said he's "madly in love" with Anderson while filming the movie, though it was apparently in the context of being co-stars.

"She's just terrific to work with,” he said at the time. “I can't compliment her enough, I'll be honest with you. No huge ego. She just comes in to do the work. She's funny and so easy to work with."

Anderson, meanwhile, called him "the perfect gentleman."

"He brings out the best in you… with respect, kindness, and depth of experience. It was an absolute honor to work with him," she said.

In the July issue of Entertainment Weekly, Anderson said, "I think I have a friend forever in Liam, and we definitely have a connection that is very sincere, very loving, and he's a good guy."

Last May, she told EW that she and Neeson bonded over their shared "love of literature and a good laugh." She also baked for Neeson, often leaving sourdough bread, cookies, and muffins in his dressing room.

They had "many dinners out" with The Naked Gun cast, as well as "romantic dinners" but with their respective assistants.

"Our relationship stayed 'professionally romantic' during filming," she added.

The Naked Gun is the fourth installment of the franchise, which parodies police procedurals. It's a legacy sequel to the 1994 movie Naked Gun 33⅓: The Final Insult. Other entries in the franchise include The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! (1988) and The Naked Gun 2½: The Smell of Fear (1991).

In the 2025 film, Neeson takes on the role of Lt. Frank Drebin Jr., the son of Leslie Nielsen’s iconic character from the original The Naked Gun series. Anderson portrays Beth, his love interest.

The Naked Gun is directed by Akiva Schaffer, a member of the comedy group The Lonely Island.
