LOOK: Cha Eun Woo begins mandatory military service with new haircut
Cha Eun Woo has revealed a new haircut as he officially begins his mandatory military training on Monday, July 28.
The South Korean singer and actor took to Instagram to share photos from his recent meet-up with ASTRO members MJ, JinJin, and Yoon Sanha, and Billlie's Moon Sua, who is the younger sister of his late bandmate, Moonbin. He also shared pictures of his pet dog.
In a previous update via the online platform Form, Eun Woo bid fans farewell ahead of his military enlistment, assuring them he was doing well.
"I’ve been doing well, meeting people I’m thankful for,” he wrote. “I miss Aroha (ASTRO’s fan club). You’ll probably miss me a lot, too, right? It hasn’t fully hit me yet,” he said.
Eun Woo asked fans to remember him, noting that an album, a movie, and a TV show are all set for release during his time away. He is set to release a new solo album in September and appear in the upcoming Netflix series The Wonderfuls and his first feature film, First Ride.
In May, Fantagio, Cha Eunwoo's agency, confirmed he had been accepted into the Army Military Band and would begin his training on July 28. To ensure safety and prevent overcrowding, the exact location and time of his enlistment will remain private, and no public events are planned.
