Kylie Verzosa has been forced to change her mobile number after Miss Grand International head Nawat Itsaragrisil accidentally shared it online. The blunder led to an influx of unwanted calls and messages for the beauty queen.

Verzosa took to Instagram to express her distress, revealing that her privacy had been "invaded," forcing her to "let go" of a phone number she'd used for over a decade.

"After my number was posted online for hours, and my efforts to have it taken down privately, the messages haven't stopped," Verzosa shared. "I value my privacy and my peace a lot and this has honestly been invasive. I had to let go of a number I've used for over a decade and my security [was] compromised."

The actress and Miss International 2016 titleholder emphasized the severity of the situation, adding, "I know many of your messages are sweet, but [I] hope you understand this isn't fun for me. Be mindful of what you post, share and choose to believe online. Privacy is a right."

Verzosa had initially reached out to Itsaragrisil and his team privately. She also posted a message on Instagram Stories on Thursday, May 29, stating, “Hi @nawat.tv, I sent you and your team a message. You accidentally posted the wrong number that happens to be mine. I don’t know how it ended up there or why you have it, but I am getting bothered by calls at the minute. Please take it down.”

Hours later, Itsaragrisil publicly apologized to Verzosa on his own Instagram Story: "Hi, I deleted it already. Someone sent to ask me and I just saw the name and reply to my story. I do apologize again.”

Itsaragrisil has recently been in the news due to the resignation of Rachel Gupta from her Miss Grand International title. Gupta cited alleged mistreatment and a lack of support as her reasons for stepping down, while Itsaragrisil countered, claiming she had been "unprofessional."

He supported his claims by posting photos of her at various events, screenshots of flight details and hotel bookings, and even pictures of Gupta and her family reportedly receiving "free" plastic surgery in South Korea.

He also shared what appeared to be a document allegedly containing her personal information, which included a Philippine contact number.
