ICYMI: Senior citizens, PWD, and pregnant voters are given early voting hours

Published May 02, 2025 11:51 pm

To help senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and pregnant voters avoid the usual election day heat and crowds, the Commission on Elections is offering dedicated Early Voting Hours this coming May 12.

This allows them to cast their ballots as early as 5 am. until 7 a.m. at all voting centers and select malls.

Of course, they still have the option to vote during the regular hours, up until 7 p.m.

The regular voting hours, meanwhile, are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Meanwhile, COMELEC also launched a precinct finder to help voters check where they'll be casting their ballots. You can search for your precinct online via precinctfinder.comelec.gov.ph

In the upcoming polls, overseas Filipinos may vote from Apr. 13 to May 12, while local absentees—the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Philippine National Police, and media practitioners—may vote from Apr. 28 to 30.

Before heading to the polls to cast your ballots, check out these dos and don'ts to ensure a smooth voting experience on election day.
