Last January 17, PMFTC Inc. held an exclusive private event featuring a six-course tasting dinner at the fine-dining restaurant Helm.
Josh Boutwood, restaurateur and the chef behind Helm, treated legal age guests to a curated tropical menu aimed at capturing the beauty of curiosity.

The event provided a remarkable gastronomic experience, showcasing a diverse selection of fresh seafood and tropical treats.
Among the dinner highlights was organic egg chawanmushi paired with sweet shrimp and pink oyster mushrooms. This stood out as legal age guests watched its color transition into a swirl of purple with a dash of hibiscus vinegar.
Another enticing bowl that piqued the attendees’ interest was Atlantic Halibut. The dish, which was lightly steamed and paired with celeriac purée and celery leaves, mirrored the comforting warmth of summer.
The curated menu offered a delicious glimpse into the world of innovation and curiosity, reflecting the spirit of exploration and new experiences.
