SM Prime expands Tagaytay Highlands' Midlands West district with P685-M Trealva, set for turnover in Q2 2026

Highlands Prime, Inc., a subsidiary of SM Prime Holdings, Inc., is set to turn over its P685-million residential development—Trealva at Midlands West—in the second quarter of 2026.
Nestled within the 382-hectare Midlands West, Trealva is part of a future-ready, nature-integrated district grounded on four pillars: eco-centric design, healthy living, sustainability, and mountain resort-style development.
Now 72 percent complete, Trealva advances HPI’s strategy of expanding high-value mountain resort living in the south of Metro Manila.
