South Korean actress Kang Seo Ha has passed away after a battle with cancer. She was 31.

Korean media outlets, including Soompi and Koreaboo, confirmed on July 14 that the actress had succumbed to the disease.

An Instagram user, presumed to be a family member, posted a tribute to Seo Ha, showing her photos and videos from the previous years.

“I still can’t believe it, unnie. Even while enduring such immense pain, you worried about those around you and about me. Even though you couldn’t eat for months, you insisted on paying for my meals with your own card and never let me skip a meal," she wrote on July 13.

"My angel, who left us far too soon. Even as you endured everything with painkillers, you said you were grateful that it wasn’t worse, and I felt truly ashamed," she added. "My dear sister, you went through so much. I hope you are only happy and free from pain where you are now!”

Her wake will be in the funeral hall at Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital. The funeral procession is scheduled at 7:40 a.m. on July 16. She will be laid to rest at the family burial site in Haman, Gyeongnam Province.

The late actress graduated from the Korea National University of Arts’ School of Drama. Per Soompi, she first gained recognition in 2012 in the music video for Brave Guys’ Getting Farther Away.

Seo Ha appeared in Korean series including Schoolgirl Detectives, Assembly, First Love Again, Through the Waves, Heart Surgeons, and Nobody Knows. Her last work was reportedly in the upcoming film Mangnaein (In The Net), starring Kim Seon Ho and Park Gyu Young.
