Kyline Alcantara wishes to 'move on' amid Kobe Paras breakup issue—agency
Kyline Alcantara, through her agency, stated her desire to move on from the controversy surrounding her.
"Kyline would like to move on with this issue," Sparkle GMA Artist Center's statement started. "She has chosen to keep her peace and maintain the respect for the people who have been part of her life. She hopes we can all move on and put this issue to rest."
Alcantara and Kobe Paras have been plagued with breakup rumors for weeks now after Internet users noticed that they had deleted some of their couple photos on their Instagram accounts. These included snaps of them from their date at a Makati bar, as well as one of their Palawan trips. A picture from when they watched a basketball game together in Los Angeles in California can also no longer be found on their feeds.
Earlier this month, they unfollowed each other on Instagram, fueling the breakup rumors further.
Paras' mom, Jackie Forster, also denied cheating claims against her son and accused Alcantara of being toxic in their relationship. She claimed the latter was "begging" him to get back with her and even physically assaulted him.
Meanwhile, Alcantara's family and friends have been defending the actress on social media.
It was in November 2024 when Paras confirmed his relationship with Alcantara.
In an interview, the basketball player was asked about his "biggest crush." He answered: "Kyline Alcantara, because we are dating."
Kobe shared that he began to have a crush on the actress "early this year."
