This hotel is offering an exclusive dining experience featuring chefs behind Michelin-starred Fierro
Ever dreamed of savoring dishes from a Michelin-starred Mediterranean restaurant like Fierro? Here's some good news: You don't need to fly to Spain for good eats because the visionary chefs of Fierro are coming to Makati City.
Raffles Makati's Mirèio restaurant is hosting a two-night culinary event this Aug. 8 to 9 featuring Argentinian Chefs Carito Lourenço—the first Argentinian female chef to receive the Michelin star—and Germán Carrizo, who helms Fierro R&D kitchen in Valencia, Spain.
On top of the illustrious Michelin recognition, Fierro was also awarded a Sol Repsol, a prominent Spanish award given to "establishments that reflect culinary excellence and regional identity." It was included in the World’s 50 Best Discovery list and has received multiple sustainability awards.
The seasoned chefs will do a culinary showcase through a multi-course menu of Mediterranean cuisine.
The exclusive tasting menu, which will feature a Fierro-style Duck Rice, is priced at P7,500 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for P2,500.

Fierro is known for its intimacy and experimental spirit and its fresh take on day-to-day tastes that will "come as a pleasant surprise," according to the Michelin guide.
The cuisine features two tasting menus called Emotion and Evocation, as well as an entirely plant-based option.
"FIERRO is the journey in pure present of Carito Lourenço and Germán Carrizo. It begins in evocation and sets out in search of a new memory of the Mediterranean approached from the local and the transatlantic," its website reads.
