Content creator Emilie Kiser is suing Arizona police to keep details of the death of her three-year-old son who drowned in a pool private.

NBC News reported that Kiser, 26, filed a lawsuit against multiple Maricopa County public offices over privacy concerns regarding the passing of Trigg Kiser.

"Emilie and her family desperately want to grieve in private, but sadly, the public will not let them," her complaint read. "Trigg’s death has become a media frenzy."

The lawsuit noted that since the child's death, more than 100 public records requests have been filed with the city of Chandler and Maricopa County Medical Examiner's Office.

Kiser, in her suit, noted that she hasn't reviewed such requested records, which include the police report, security camera footage, body camera footage, and autopsy reports. She also doesn't intend to do so.

According to Chandler police, they were alerted about a possible drowning incident on May 12 at around 7 p.m. Upon arriving at the scene, they began performing CPR on Trigg until other responders arrived and gave him medical assistance immediately.

Trigg was rushed to a nearby hospital before he was transferred to Phoenix Children's Hospital. He remained in critical condition for days and eventually met his end on May 18.

Emilie shares motherhood and lifestyle content with her husband, Brady Kiser, on her social media accounts. She has over 1.3 million followers on Instagram and 3.5 million on TikTok.

Last March, she gave birth to their second child, Theodore.
