You may get free bus rides in these areas amid the heavy rain, flooding on July 22
The Department of Transportation, Philippine Coast Guard, and Philippine Ports Authority will deploy buses and trucks again on July 22, Tuesday, for "libreng sakay" amid the heavy rain and flooding brought by the southwest monsoon or habagat.
In a Facebook post, the DOTr said the buses and trucks will be deployed at the following routes and stops, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.:

The "libreng sakay" scheme was first held on July 21, Monday, at noon.
In its weather advisory at 5 a.m., PAGASA said Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, and Occidental Mindoro are set to have a heavy rainfall of 100 to 200 millimeters due to the habagat on July 22 until July 23, Wednesday.
Pangasinan, Tarlac, Laguna, and Quezon will have 50 to 100 millimeters of rain on July 22.
On July 23, Pangasinan, Tarlac, and Quezon will keep their rain level alongside Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Masbate, Sorsogon, Albay, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Antique, Aklan, Capiz, Iloilo, Guimaras, and Negros Occidental. Laguna is forecast to have 100 to 200 millimeters.
PAGASA is also monitoring two low pressure areas: one at 1,140 kilometers east of central Luzon, and another at 370 kilometers east of Calayan, Cagayan.
