Jessie J cancels upcoming concerts ahead of second breast cancer surgery
Jessie J revealed she's set to undergo her second surgery for breast cancer treatment as she announced the postponement and cancellation of some of her upcoming concerts in the US and the UK.
The singer shared the news in an Instagram post, saying, “Some you may not know but I had breast cancer surgery about eight weeks ago. Unfortunately, I have to have a second surgery.”
She assured fans that she's fine and that it’s "nothing too serious," but also stated she has to "have it done by the end of the year."
The 37-year-old singer was set to tour the UK and Europe in October, followed by US shows in November. The UK and European leg of her world tour have been rescheduled to April 2026, while her planned US shows have been cancelled.
Jessie first shared about her early breast cancer diagnosis in June. At the time, she said she's going to "disappear for a bit" to undergo surgery.
On Aug 2, she revealed that she returned to the hospital due to an infection, but has returned home for recovery.
She is best known for her songs Price Tag, Domino, Do It Like a Dude, Flashlight, and Bang Bang, among others.
