Preston Ordone, who became known on TikTok as "Okay Baby," has passed away. He was only 2 years old.

In a press release, the Louisiana State Police said that Preston was killed in a car accident on April 24.

Preston was with his parents—Katelynn and Jaelan Ordone—when their vehicle "veered off the roadway and struck a tree."

They were all rushed to the hospital for immediate medical assistance. Preston, who was "seated in the rear but improperly restrained in a child safety seat," was left with critical injuries that later led to his death. Katelynn and Jaelan were also severely injured.

According to police, a routine toxicology sample has been collected from the driver for analysis.

On April 27, two people who are close to the Ordones posted a video on Katelynn's Instagram page, where they talked about the tragic crash.

"Their truck veered to the right off the interstate and struck a tree and unfortunately Preston didn’t make it," their family friend named Brielle said. She added that Katelynn has "multiple broken bones," while Jaelan needed to undergo emergency surgery on one of his legs. "He has rods, pins in them.''

Their family friends said that Katelynn and Jaelan's older daughter Paisley was not in the car when the accident happened.

An investigation on the case is ongoing.

Preston became famous on TikTok as the "Okay Baby" for saying "okay" to what Katelynn would ask him to do before doing the complete opposite of it. Katelynn has garnered hundreds of thousands of followers on her social media pages.
